From two miles of wave-washed shoreline to the rolling fairways of Robert Von Hagge's championship golf course in Pelican Marsh (site of the 1997 and 1998 Senior PGA Tour LG Championship), the community of Bay Colony is truly unsurpassed.

The Bay Colony Golf Club carries on the tradition of privacy and stylish living with its charming Carolina-styled gatehouse, streetscapes, and Clubhouse design. The philosophy of the Bay Colony Golf Club is to preserve the character of the "grand old game of gold" - unhurried, uncrowded, refined and leisurely. To this end, no more than 300 golf memberships will be offered to Bay Colony residents, plus 45 Social Members. Similarly, only 80 homes will be created along its lakes and fairways of the golf course. Residents also enjoy full Bay Colony Beach Club, Tennis Club, and are eligible to join the Pelican Isle Yacht Club.
